Government Contracting Vehicles
Government Contracting Vehicles
In
keeping with the ever changing methods that Federal and State
government use to procure products and services, MTS
has secured several Government-wide contracting vehicles.
These vehicles provide a faster, more efficient way of contracting
with Federal, state, and some localities. GSA Schedules offer
customers direct delivery of millions of state-of-the-art,
high-quality commercial supplies and services at volume discount
pricing. GSA Schedules also offer the potential benefits of
shorter lead-times, lower administrative costs, and reduced
inventories.
MTS is also on several Government-Wide Acquisition
Contracts (GWACs). Similar to the GSA Schedules, GWACs are
task order or delivery order contracts established by one
agency for government-wide use.

GSA's
Information Technology (IT) Schedule, schedule number
70, was established by GSA to provide government agencies
with solutions for their various information technology
requirements and allow those agencies to procure the
products and services they need. MTS' GSA IT
schedule provides fast, convenient access to the professional,
technical, and management skills necessary to satisfy
our customers' information technology support requirements.
Enterprise
Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge Solutions (EAGLE)
is designed to provide the full range of IT services,
technical and management expertise, and solution-related
enabling products to meet the mission needs of the Department
of Homeland Security (DHS). As identified in individual
Task Orders, information technology solutions/capabilities
will support DHS on a world-wide basis. MTS as
subcontractor to the QSS Group, Inc. is able to furnish
the necessary personnel, materials, equipment, facilities,
travel, and other services required to satisfy the ordered
IT capabilities and solutions in the following two functional
areas:
Distributed
Learning Education and Training Products (DLETP) is a
multiple award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity
(ID/IQ) contract vehicle that serves the entire Army community.
The Karta Team has the ability to: provide the Army with
a wide range of products and training requirement solutions;
leverage current and emerging innovative technologies
to achieve the premium solution for the Army; and, deliver
on time, low cost solutions. As part of the Karta Team,
MTS is able to support all training requirements
of DLETP to include:

is an awardee of the National Institutes of Health (NIH)
National Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment
Center (NITAAC) - Image World 2 New Dimensions (IW2).
The IW2 contracting vehicle is an efficient and easy-to-use
vehicle for providing the latest information technology,
with an emphasis on innovative solutions, to NIH and a
variety of government customers. Our three subcontractors
are: The Arbeit Group Inc., Battelle Memorial Institute,
and Smart Technology. The MTS Team will perform
in two functional work areas:

Navy Virtual SYSCOM has designated Seaport-e as the
vehicle of choice for future Engineering, Financial,
and Program Management contractor support services.
This is a decision made to focus on implementing cost-effective
and integrated business practices to better support
our Navy.

is a Multiple Agency Contract (MAC) that is available
to the IRS, Department of the Treasury, Treasury Bureaus
and other federal agencies to acquire a wide array of
IT and related services. It has a 5-year period of performance
through 2010, a $3 billion ceiling, and entails no user
fees for the Department of Treasury and its Agencies.

be used to fulfill short- and long-term requirements in
