TIPSS-3 is a Multiple Agency Contract (MAC) that is available to the IRS, Department of the Treasury, Treasury Bureaus and other federal agencies to acquire a wide array of IT and related services. It has a 5-year period of performance through 2010, a $3 billion ceiling, and entails no user fees for the Department of Treasury and its Agencies.
