Omnibus III is a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) designed to assist the Program Executive Office for Combat Services & Combat Service Systems (PEO CS&CSS) in successfully executing their system acquisition mission. The BPA is issued by the U.S. Army TACOM Life Cycle Management Command (LCMC).

Services provided under the BPA include the following disciplines:

• Product assurance and test
• Technical
• Engineering
• Logistics
